OC re-inspection conducted with employees by appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The establishment was open and operating at time of inspection. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1) Disable the manual switches on the drive-thru air curtain units. The units were turned off at time of inspection. 2) Caulk-in escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations with silicone. 3) Replace the chipped and rusted floor sink grates throughout the facility. 4) Flash off the top of the walk-in cooler and remove the items being stored on top. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
