Discussed storing employee foods or personal items in areas where they pose no risk of contaminating food contact surfaces or foods. The manager had the foods moved to another area at the time of inspection.

Core-6-202.15, C: Outer Openings, Protected ------ Observed the back door propped open as well as both ordering windows opened with the air curtain disabled. Disable the manual switches on the drive-thru air curtain units. Discussed that openings like these may allow unwanted pests such as houseflies into the establishment. The manager closed the back door and turned both air curtains on at the time of inspection.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1) Caulk-in escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations with silicone. 2) Replace the chipped and rusted floor sink grates throughout the facility. Notice of Inspections Rights were verbally reviewed with manager, Anthony G. A copy of the report was emailed to the manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
