Core-6-202.15, C: Outer Openings, Protected At both service windows, observed the air curtains turned off. Observed multiple flies coming in and out of the establishment from the service window. Discussed that keeping the air curtains turned on will prevent flies or any other pests from flying into establishment. PIC turned on air curtains at time of inspection. Continue to leave air curtains turned on to prevent pests from entering. Repeat violation.
