PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System At the mop sink, observed a hose with an attached shut-off type spray nozzle under continuous pressure. No observed approved testable continuous pressure vacuum breaker was installed. Discussed with the manager that AVB are not designed to withstand constant pressure and may fail to prevent backflow. Advised PIC to disconnect hose while not in use and reconnect as needed. PIC disconnected the sprayer nozzle at the time of inspection.

A re-inspection will be conducted on 10/20/2022 to ensure priority foundation violations #36 and #46 have been corrected. Of note: Discussed obtaining a food manager license to ensure a certified food protection manager is physically present at establishment at all times prior to next routine inspection.
