Correct by next routine inspection. *2ND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION* This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. Discussed: cooling, date marking, storage of towels, frequency of cleaning utensils that come in contact with dairy (need to be cleaned every 4 hours) A copy of the inspection report was emailed.
