OC Reinspection, E&D Class3, 10+ Seating. Inspection conducted with manager. MCESD report emailed to manager Correct the following items prior to routine inspection: 1) Install a splash guard on both sides of the 3-compartment sink. Splash guards are on back order and should be arriving on Monday 8/9 per manager. 2) Provide an escutcheon plate above the bag in a box. 3) Deep clean the ceiling tiles near the hood area. Inspection rights emailed to manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
