Observed sandwich prep tables with excess food particles, Person in charge (PIC) explained they clean them once a day in the afternoon. Observed microwave with excess food particles lining the inside and handle of microwave. Discussed that food contact surfaces and utensils must be cleaned at least every 4 hours to ensure food safety is maintained. PIC sanitized equipment at time of inspection.

Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers Observed a white spray bottle without a label of what chemical is inside. PIC said they were unsure of what the liquid was and put it to the side. Discussed the importance of labeling chemical containers of working chemicals to avoid mixing of chemicals and misuse of chemicals. PIC took chemical out of kitchen.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager Ensure that any Person in charge obtains a Certified food Protection Manager Certificate prior to next routine inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report was emailed and confirmed.
