OC Reinspection, E&D Class 3, 10+ Seating. Inspection conducted with operations manager Robert G. Inspection report and inspection rights emailed to Robert G. ***Establishment receives all their produce pre-washed and pre-cut. Establishment cannot wash or cut any produce without a prep sink. If the menu or the process to the menu items change consult with the department. Correct/address the following items prior to routine inspection: 1) Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve backflow device for the iced tea and coffee machine. 2) Provide the test reports for all ASSE 1013 RPZ devices. 3) Remove or replace the reach in cooler. Reach in cooler is not currently being used. 4) Transition the flex tubing at the floor sink near both RPZ backflow devices into rigid drainpipes. 5) Caulk/seal around the FRP panel near the newly installed hand sink. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
