Plumbing inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Pete A. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. This facility is not currently approved but is being used to store food. Food cannot be stored at this location until the operating permit is approved. 2. Food was being served out of an unapproved Mobile Food unit in the front of this facility at the time of this inspection. Food service must cease out of this unit until a valid Mobile Food permit is obtained from MCESD. 3. Provide a dedicated, NSF approved food prep sink with separate hot and cold water valves and an indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 4. Install the three compartment sink with a faucet that has separate hot and cold water valves and that reaches and fills all three compartments of the sink. This sink must also have an indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 5. Re-install the two dedicated had sinks in the front and back prep areas. 6. Adequate sneeze protection with side panels must be installed along the front serving counter. 7. Home style refrigerators are not permitted. There current home style refrigerators must be removed form this location. 8. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified. 9. Additional items may be noted during later inspections. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
