Construction inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Pete A. at the time of this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Food cannot be stored at this location until the operating permit is approved. 2. Provide a dedicated, NSF approved food prep sink with separate hot and cold water valves and an indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 3. Install the three compartment sink with a faucet that has separate hot and cold water valves and that reaches and fills all three compartments of the sink. This sink must also have an indirect drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. 4. Adequate sneeze protection with side panels must be installed along the front serving counter. 5. Home style refrigerators are not permitted. There current home style refrigerators must be removed form this location. 6. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the soda fountain carbonator must be tested and certified. 7. Additional items may be noted during later inspections. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
