Construction inspection - E&D Class 4 This on site inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Pete A. at the time of this inspection. As of 09/07/2023, no additional construction has been completed since the inspection conducted on 02/09/2022. The owner stated that he will not move forward with obtaining a permit to operate at this location. The application for FD-83663 is withdrawn and will be closed. A new permit application with plan submittal must be submitted to MCESD for any new food establishment at this location. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly
washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
