Construction Inspection. Walked with Ed. Establishment not ready for Final. For Final, ensure all rooms and kitchen work are completed, including correcting the following items: 1) Clear floor sink in bar so that water is not standing and drains freely. 2) Re-plumb dump sink in bar to floor sink, with a 1” air gap at floor sink. 3) Move fly light in bar lower, to no more than 6’ high, to be effective for trapping pets and for maintenance. 4) Install 2 fly bait stations outside, as discussed on site (around corner from window and on the wall on the other side of door to patio). 5) Install cleanout covers where missing throughout establishment. 6) Seal all sinks in kitchen, including table with prep sink, to wall with caulk or silicone. Re-route beverage supply lines at prep sink table as necessary. 7) Seal around all drain lines and water supply lines penetrating walls, with escutcheons/caulk/silicone, including all food service areas and rooms (namely all room bathroom sinks). 8) Seal all mops sinks to floor and to walls with caulk or silicone. 9) Grout cove base tile under prep sink table. 10) Seal all small holes in walls with caulk or silicone. 11) Install FRP behind laundry washing machines where missing. Seal where FRP meets floor with caulk/silicone or rubber cove base. 12) Provide a pest-proof screen at fresh air vent behind dryers. 13) Finish work in employee restroom (installing fixtures/finishes). 14) Provide transition strips at all thresholds as necessary (such as any doorway between tile and VCT). 15) For suites with kitchenette sinks, ensure sprayers are secured so they cannot create a cross-connection (the sprayer cannot be pulled into the sink). See employee breakroom sink as an example. Checked rooms 131, 410, 400, 316, 313. If an RPZ backflow is not installed for soda system, the ASSE 1022 dual check must be replaced yearly. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed and inspection rights provided to Todd.
