In support room, provide cleanout covers. 9). Support room, fill in all holes in the walls. 10). Provide a washable ceiling over the sinks and mop sink. 11). Repair wall where open and replace - remount coved base. 12). Air vent in the dish room is depositing rust and debris, investigate clean and replace if rusted. 13). There are areas with broken and damaged VCT tiles. repair where in dis-repair. 14). Or disable the exterior hose bib at the old restrooms or install a hose bib vacuum breaker.
