Follow up new owner inspection. Walk through with contractor and Jackson Oil representative. Most items have been corrected. Please continue with: 1). Install small piece of base at the entrance of the men's room. 2). Repair wall and replace base in the room with entrance walk-in. 3). In support room, provide cleanout covers. 4). Replace missing coved base in support room. 5). Air vent in the dish room is depositing rust and debris, investigate and replace. 6). Repair floor tiles in support room. 7). Outside faucet will be disabled. Superintendent will sent pictures before 6/17/2022. If another re-inspection needs to be conducted you may be charged a inspection fee of $240.00. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site for contractor. Inspection rights provided. Outside bathrooms have been locked and only the indoor restrooms are now used.
