Inspection Comments

New permit inspection for the Tonopah Market # 1 Eating and Drinking permit only. The following items were observed for correction for the eating and drinking permit. The inspection will be conducted separate after the fee is paid. 1). Repair the hot water knob on the ladies room hand wash sink. 2). In the back room noted that the three compartment sink and the hand wash sink is blocked. Please follow up with: a). Removing all items that take up space and are not needed for the operation of the facility. b). If you end up with too much stock create or change the shelving to higher shelving to make floor space. Sinks need to be accessible at all times. 3). For the ice machine: a). Provide rigid drain lines only - lead to the floor sink following gravity flow and provide a 1 inch air gap. 4). Please see if you can create a slope in the table with the ice buckets so water does not pool on the table. You can also remove the table and switch it out for a metro rack or wire shelve. 5). Please provide sturdy closeable container for the open hot dogs and tornados and do not keep them in loose bags. 6). Lots of flies in the store. Please install fly fans at the front entrance door to create a fly barrier. 7). Walk in cooler is holding but two of the evaporator units in the cooler are not working properly. The parts are already ordered and will be installed shortly. 8). Please contact the dumpster / waste company and have the dumpster exchanged with one with full lids. Establishment not approved at this time due to items pending correction. Public notice is posted at the side of the front door concerning high Nitrate Levels. Please make corrections and call for a re-inspection. For now the re-inspection is scheduled for Thursday October 14th at 8 AM. Please note that if follow up inspections are required after the net inspection you may be charged a inspection fee of $240.00 per inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed in site. Inspection rights included.
