Inspection Comments

First inspection for the Jersey Mikes. Walk through conducted and plumbing is about complete. Please note the following: 1). Please install a separate water line at the mop sink with faucet for future chemical dispensers. 2). Please install coved base along the front toe kick of the soda station in the dining room. 3). Page A7. Provide reduced pressure zone backflow preventer or Spill Proof Pressure Vacuum Breaker upstream of the # 10 Nu-Vu Oven Proofer / Steamer. The unit has a submerged inlet (spray nozzle). If you install a Spill Proof Pressure Vacuum Breaker then please install on the wall behind the unit at least 12 inches above the highest point downstream. 4). Return will be installed for the sneeze guard at the bacon well. 5). If the tea dispenser is not tied into the soda water supply then please install a dual check valve on the water supply line that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site for superintendent. Inspection rights included.
