Inspection Comments

Pre-final inspection. Walk through revealed the following items for correction: 1). Dual check valves that meet plumbing standard ASSE 1022 will be installed for the: a). Bunn hot water dispensers, one can serve both. b). On the water supply to the tea brewer. 2). Install metal coved base along the floor / wall junctures in the walk-in coolers. Remove rubber base. Freezer does not need base. 3). Per plan Fly fans will be installed at the drive through and the back door. If not installed at the drive through then make sure to take the magnet out of the sliding door so it always closes and can not be set open. Make sure the back door fly fan is wide enough 4). Hoods will be caulked at the wall juncture and in between with silver caulk. Also next to the ansul box. 5). Where the side wing on the hood does not meet the wall please fill in the gap. Both sides. 6). Seal up the holes around the gas lines in the base and finish out durable and cleanable. 7). Tighten up the uni-strut screw at the three compartment sink. 8). Tie the Hub drain and T&P drain of the water heater together. 9). Close the gap at the back door and make sure it is insect tight. 10). Please seal the opening around pipe over the walk-in unit. 11). Please grout the tile at the entrance of the kitchen and in the ladies room at the floor drain and along the wall behind the door. 12). At the back room with water filter, close the FRP at the epoxy base. Check throughout the store and close gaps between the base and wall. 13). Close the gap in the wall under the front counter. 14). Silicone the front of the beverage counter to the wall and silicone the soda station to the counter. 15). In restrooms caulk the toilets at the floor junctures. 16). The backflow in the landscaping is leaking and so is the pressure reducing valve at the entrance of the building. Please repair. 17). One hand wash sink in the front does not have hot water. It is being repaired. 18). Silicone the front of the walk-in units at the floor juncture and install coved base over it. 19). Fill in the penetrations through the walk-in cooler and freezer, around the the sprinklers and electric where needed. 20). Install an escutcheon plate under the prep sink. Dual check valves can be removed from the Henny Penny's and re-used for the tea brewer and Bunn hot water dispensers. Before you order, make sure the walk in units are running and holding temperature for 24 hours to 48 hours. Ok to stock and train after City occupancy approval. Final inspection will be conducted Monday around 9-9:30 AM. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site. Inspection rights included.
