Inspection Comments

Store did not correct all issues. Final inspection can not be conducted. Please call when ready for your final construction inspection. 1). Dual check valves that meet plumbing standard ASSE 1022 will be installed for the: a). Bunn hot water dispensers, one can serve both. b). On the water supply to the tea brewer. 2). Install metal coved base along the floor / wall junctures in the walk-in coolers. Remove rubber base. Freezer does not need base. 3). Seal up the holes around the gas lines in the base and finish out durable and cleanable. 4). At the back room with water filter, close the FRP at the epoxy base. Check throughout the store and close gaps between the base and wall. 5). The pressure reducing valve at the entrance of the building. Please repair. 6). One hand wash sink in the front does not have hot water. It is being repaired. 7). Silicone the front of the walk-in units at the floor juncture and install coved base over it. 8). Clean up and finish out smooth, the foamed penetrations through the walk-in cooler and freezer. 9). Install an escutcheon plate under the prep sink. Store has been approved to stock and train. Not to open yet. Agreed is that if the metal base is not available the installation can be done at a later date just like the fly fan at the back door. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed in site. Inspection rights included.
