In the men's restroom at the handsink, observed the water only able to reach a maximum of 77*F when water was ran for over 1 minute. Discussed handsinks must reach 100*F from the faucet. A re-inspection will occur on 6/3/2022 to ensure priority violation #8 has been corrected. Of note: Discussed employees obtaining a food manager license to ensure a certified food protection manager is present at establishment at all times. Discussed keeping physical copy of food manager licenses at establishment at all times. New owner packet provided via email. Notice of Inspection Rights verbally acknowledged by Selena M. Report emailed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
