Inspection Comments

First inspection. Walk through and discussion with the super intendent: 1). Back wall in the kitchen will be furred out and finished out up to the grid. 2). Hand sink has been installed in the room with the yogurt machines. 3). Floor sink was installed for the three compartment sink. 4). Next to the mop sink faucet a additional water line will be installed at the mop sink with faucet. 5). A water supply line will be installed in the room with the yogurt machines. Install a LNF9 dual check valve on the hose. 6). Walls are ok with washable paint, FRP will be installed on on wet walls. 7). Restroom with have a coved floor / wall juncture by means of a schluter. 8). Back of the house flooring will be epoxy. Walls are about ready to be drywalled. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights provided. Printed on site.

e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
