Inspection Comments

Pre-final inspection walk through. The following items were identified for follow up: 1). Under the ice machine, make sure that the drain lines are lined up, raised off the floor and braced. 2). At the floor sinks, grout the edges and provide a beveled bead of grout, smooth. 3). Where the FRP is cut wide at hand wash sink escutcheons and outlet covers finish out. 4). Walk-in cooler will be flashed to the walls and closed off. 5). Grout and tile missing on the south side of the walk in cooler, corners. 6). All wire shelves bottom shelve will need to be set 6 inches above the floor. 7). All beverage machines, espresso, Bunn hot water heaters will have a dual check valve that meets plumbing standard ASSE 1022 upstream. 8). Install a Reduced Pressure Backflow valve upstream of re RO system. 9). Access panel will be installed on the south wall. 10). All penetrations through the walk-in ceiling will be filled and finished out smooth on the inside. Electric, refrigeration, condensate. 11). Provide a cleanout lid and cover for the clean out next to the ice machine. Also at west side drive through. 12). Where corner guards stand open, caulk. 13). Provide a RP valve with hub drain upstream of the mister system. 14). Door frames will be painted out, back door will have a threshold, weather stripping and door sweep. Door sweep required for exterior restroom. 15). Sprinkler escutcheons will be installed where missing. 16). Drains off the espresso machines, rinsers and backflow valves can all be manifolded and lead to the floor sinks, properly braced, following gravity flow and air gap. 17). Floor in exterior rest room will be water sealed, walls painted with washable paint. At time of final inspection, all testable valves will require testing and certification. Hot water will need to be available at 120 degrees. All refrigeration will need to be on and holding at temperature. No Country legal action will result from this inspection.
