Ear;y equipment walk through of the bar and kitchen. Equipment is not yet set. Plumbing is in the wall and finishes are about complete. The following items will need to be addressed before the final: 1). Quarry tile will be finished up in the bar. 2). Bar wall will receive FRP. 3). Underside counter top will be sealed to the bar wall. 4). The countertop substrate of the bar top will need to be painted out at the bar. 5). Install a additional water line at the mop sink for future chemical dispenser. Checked with ownership and it will be installed. Install with faucet. 6). Not checked due to floor covering, make sure the edges of the floor sinks ate finished out and are cleanable. 7). Dual check valves that meet plumbing standard ASSE 1022 will need to be installed on the water supply lines of the beverage machines, juice dispenser, coffee/ tea brewer. If there is no filter install valves with debris screens. 8). All water and waste connections will receive escutcheon plates. 9). Bar hand wash sink will require splash guards as well as the prep sink on the left side. 10). Food prep sink in the kitchen will need to drain to the floor sink, indirect. Lead along the wall, maintain gravity flow and keep an air gap at the floor sink. 11). Dishwasher drain will also flow to the floor sink, transition into a rigid line and follow guidance above. 12). Make sure all drains line up with the opening in the floor sink drain grate so there is no over splash. 13). Make sure to provide coved base along the breakfast counter toe kick so the floor can be easily mopped in the area. 14). In the bar area make sure to plumb to the back wall, try to stay high and then over to the floor sink along the wall avoiding cross overs that make the bar hard to clean. 15). Install a Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve upstream of the soda system. Install with hub drain and lead to the floor sink. Do not install copper downstream. Soda company ties right into the valve. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site
