Second equipment walk through of the bar and kitchen. Most of the equipment is now in place. The following items will need to be addressed before the final: 1). Quarry tile base is missing grout between some tiles and there are holes in the grout. Please finish up. One tile is missing at the door way. Also grout at door frames where open like at entrance of the dry storage room. In some areas the coved base is open at the top like at the ice machine. 2). Provide a faucet at the three compartment sink that reaches all sinks. 3). Caulk the mop sink at the floor junctures. 4). At the bar, make sure the edges of the floor sinks are finished out beveled and are cleanable. 5). ---All dual check valves with filter screens are in place for the non-carbonated beverage machines. 6). At the kitchen sink, caulk and fill in FRP where FRP is cur wide at the escutcheon plate. 7). Touch up the caulk joint of the prep counter and make sure the caulk joint is flush. 8). Food prep sink in the kitchen will need to drain to the floor sink, indirect. Lead along the wall, maintain gravity flow and keep an air gap at the floor sink. 9). Dishwasher drain will also flow to the floor sink, transition into a rigid line and follow guidance above. 10). All bottom shelves will need to be raised to 6 inches off the floor. 11). Make sure all drains line up with the opening in the floor sink drain grate so there is no over splash. Bar hand sink drain does not line up. 12). Make sure to provide coved base along the breakfast counter toe kick so the floor can be easily mopped in the area. 13). In the bar area make sure to plumb to the back wall, try to stay high and then over to the floor sink along the wall avoiding cross overs that make the bar hard to clean. 14). Install a Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve upstream of the soda system. Install with hub drain and lead to the floor sink. Do not install copper downstream. Soda company ties right into the valve. 15). Ceiling will need to be finished up in the kitchen. 16). Beverage machines will need to be put in place. 17). Install a drain line on the ice bin of the ice machine, Rigid and maintain air gap. 18). Some of the drain line off the glass racks are flex, provide rigid drain lines. Install as mentioned above. 19). Water lines to glass washer will need to be braced to the wall after final installation. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site
