PIC was advised that employees are required to wear gloves before handling ready to eat food. Hummus, baba ganoush, feta, radish, baby carrots, and cucumbers were embargoed at time of inspection.

PIC was advised that equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. PIC sent the dicer to be properly washed at time of inspection.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. Cory H. verbally acknowledged the inspection rights. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection report was emailed and verified received at time of inspection. The below items from OC inspection will still need to be corrected and will be followed up by plan review department. 1) Install ASSE 1013 reduced pressure backflow preventers upstream of the bar glass rinsers. A single backflow device can supply multiple backflow units as longs the water line dead legs after the rinsers. Certify and provide test reports. 2) Reconnect the soda carbonator to the RP backflow preventer located under the soda fountain. Provide a test report. 3) Disable the manual switches for the air curtains located throughout the facility. The air curtains must only be operated by micro-switches solely. 4) Caulk-in al escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations throughout the facility with silicone. 5) Clean floor sinks and replace any rusted floor sink grates. 6) Provide a splash guard to the north bar handwash sink on the right side.
