Explained to person in charge (PIC) that handwashing sinks must be maintained accessible at all times and not used for other purposes than handwashing. PIC had items moved at time of inspection. PIC placed disposable handwashing cleanser at sink.

PIC states they had just gotten them delivered. Explained to PIC the importance of having the appropriate testing strips available for the Quat sanitizer in order to make sure the sanitizer is reading at 150-400PPM. Please have testing strips available prior to re-inspection within 10 days.
