Employee washed hands at time of inspection. Discussed proper hand washing with the person in charge (PIC) and when hand washing is required. Priority Foundation-7-202.11, Pf: Restriction-Presence and Use - Observed two aerosol cans of SSI-50 insecticide stored on the shelf containing chemicals. Observed aerosol can of SSI-50 insecticide stored on a shelf at the bar. Discussed with person in charge about not utilizing any aerosols and instructed PIC to remove cans of SSI-50 and ensure that pest control may only be performed by a licensed pest control company. PIC removed cans of SSI-50 from the establishment at time of inspection.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days. Observed active construction with no temporary walls or shielding in place upon arrival to inspection. Observed bar with new walls, soda and beer lines being installed, and a open flooring for the water lines to be moved. Per person in charge (PIC), establishment has moved their brewery and are remodeling the bar located towards the back of house. Discussed concerns with construction debris and securing construction site to prevent contamination of establishment. Ensure partitioning of active construction from kitchen/food prep areas still operation is completed by Tuesday, 6/13. PIC will ensure no active construction occurs during operational hours and proper sanitation occurs until partitioning is in place. Of Note: - Inspection conducted with RS #1206. - The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
