Inspection Comments

Plumbing inspection for a Class 2 10+ E&D permit was conducted with superintendent Matt G. by appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The project is approximately 50% complete. Please ensure the following items are addressed by the completion of the project: 1) Install ASSE 1013 reduced pressure backflow preventers upstream of the RO system and glass rinser unit. Ensure no copper or copper alloys are located downstream of the RO backflow. Certify and provide a test report. 2) Provide ASSE 1022 dual check backflow preventers on each water supply line connected to non-carbonated beverage equipment. 3) Provide semi-gloss finish to the restroom walls. 4) Provide a finger or tool cove (3/8th inch minimum) to the floor/wall junctures of the restrooms. Utilize siliconized grout. An equipment inspection scheduled for Monday March 21, 2022. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
