Final walk through inspection. Construction complete and approved pending the items below are corrected. 1). Silicone the soda fountains (2) at the counter junctures. 2). Fill in the control joint in the floor at the soda station. Fill also in under the counter and holes around the floor sink. 3). Provide a coved floor / wall juncture in the restrooms where the base tiles meet the floor. Please build up the caulk line and provide a smooth beveled bead of caulk. 4). Caulk the underside front counter at the FRP juncture. 5). Provide backflow test for the soda backflow valve. 6). Please install some base along the front of the walk-in cooler. If the screws are in the way then install up to the screw plates. 7). Drill a hole through the concrete side walk and create a dry well for the condensate of the walk-in. Items for correction will be verified at the time of the new permit inspection. This permit will be closed out as it is under ownership or a company that is no longer the owner. No County legal action will result

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
