Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Observed employee drop ice scoop directly into ice in ice bin at soda fountains with handle touching ice. Utensils may be sored in ice if handle does not come in contact of ice. Utensils may be stored on a routinely cleaned and sanitized surface or in an easily cleanable container between uses. No bare hand contact of ice was observed. Scoop was placed in proper container at soda fountain.

Discussed with head grill cook and person in charge about not blocking fan in sandwich prep cooler across from grill.
