OC Re-inspection - Retail Food This inspection was conducted with the manager on duty. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Christy Z. and Robert S. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to your next routine inspection; 1. There is copper piping on the downstream side of the new RPZ backflow prevention device installed for the water supply to the Produce Mister System. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel. Replace the copper piping on the downstream side of this device with plastic or stainless steel. No county legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
