Inspection Comments

New owner re-inspection walk through for the retail grocery store with the store director. At time of re-inspection all items but one were noted corrected. Please correct the following: 1). Noted new backflow valve installed upstream of the mister system at the produce case. There is a hub drain attached that does not perfectly line up with the ABS line. Pease extend the copper down into the ABS drain or install a 2" to 1" reducer at the top of the ABS so if the valve leaks the water will be captured 100%. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to corporate and store. Inspection rights included.
