OC re-inspection for a Class 3 10+ E&D permit was conducted with management without an appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The facility is still approved to operate.
Please correct the following items prior to the routine inspection:
1) Replace ASSE 1022 backflow preventers located at the ice machine and the two hot water/coffee brewers.
2) Repair the leaking atmospheric vacuum breaker at the pizza dough pot filler
3) Remove the duct tape from the three sink drain line.
4) Seal all cracks and crevices such as broken tiles, missing sealant at pizza oven, handwash stations, soda chute above the ice machine, and grouting in the floor
5) Replace gasket on the reach in cooler across from the pizza oven
6) Repair/replace self closure on the back door
7) Replace damaged vinyl faced ceiling tiles with washable vinyl ceiling tile.
MCESD inspection report was delivered via email.

Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne
illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly
washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
