Inspection Comments

OC reinspection, E&D Class 4, 10+ Seating. Inspection conducted with owner James B. Inspection report and inspection rights emailed to owner. ***Water heater is in the ceiling above prep sink area. Current water heater size is a 47-gallon Lowboy. ***Establishment may NOT use their dish machine. The dish machine has been disconnected by Auto Chlor and they will be picking it up on January 3rd. A condemned sticker was also placed on the dish machine. Correct the following items prior to routine inspection: 1) Provide a slope of ¼” per horizontal line for the drain line coming off the ice machine and lift the drain line up off the floor. 2) Repair/replace the spray faucet next to the 3-compartment sink. Observed faucet continuously leaking water. 3) Replace the two acoustic ceiling tiles above the backflow device with washable vinyl ceiling tiles. 4) Deep clean the floors, walls, ceiling, and floor sinks. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
