Person in charge discarded the insecticide at time of inspection. Only approved insecticides may be used in establishment by a certified applicator. Repeat violation.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System - Observed a hose with a sprayer nozzles connected to the mop sink faucet with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB). Discussed with person in charge (PIC) keeping shut off spray nozzle detached from mop sink hose when not in active use as it is attached downstream from an AVB that is not designed to handle the pressure that the shut off valve introduces and contamination of the water supply could occur. Re-inspection scheduled for 9/19.
