Core-3-304.14, C: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation.... Observed wiping bucket of QUAT sanitizer at a concentration of 0ppm in the bakery area. PIC directed associate to change the bucket. QUAT sanitizer was at 200ppm after emptying and refilling the wiping bucket. Ensure QUAT sanitizer is at a concentration between 150ppm-400ppm.
