Observed hand sink in Hot food section of store with no soap at the hand sink. All hand sinks are to have soap available for hand washing. Staff replaced empty soap with new container.

Observed no paper towels at hand sink at out door cooking area where chicken was being cooked. All sinks for hand washing must have a drying device. Employee added paper towels to hand sink .
Advised staff to check availability of soap and paper towels at the beginning of each shift.
