OC Re-Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the owner. A PDF copy of this inspection was emailed to Sammie H. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval and re-inspection scheduled for 05/17/2022; 1. The 75-gallon tank water heater has been replaced by a single Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless water heater. A similar, additional tankless water heater must be added to meet the minimum hot water demands of the fixtures in the facility. A 75-gallon capacity tank water heater may also be re-installed. 2. The FRP on the wall behind the new ice machine, hand sink and mop sink is not completely attached to the wall. Properly attach the loose FRP to the wall with additional FRP adhesive. Do not use nails or screws. 3. Cover and seal all holes in the wall around the plumbing pipes in the new mop sink area. Also provide a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish to the patched wall in the tankless water heater area. 4. Provide vinyl cove base at the floor/wall junctures in the new ice machine and mop sink area and in this entire room and adjacent storage room. 5. Provide a self-closer for the employee restroom door and repair the exhaust fan in this room. 6. Remodel plans must be submitted for plumbing changes, changes to the exhaust hoods and or relocation or addition of walk-in units..

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
