Core-4-602.13, C: Nonfood Contact Surfaces On a lower shelf next to the fryer, observed a container of chicken seasoning and a container of flour for frying chicken accumulating debris and residues on the exterior of the container. Instructed manager to clean container exterior. This surface should be cleaned frequent enough to prevent the accumulation of soils, residues, and debris.
