OC re-inspection for Class 3 Retail Food Establishment permit conducted with management without an appointment. Inspection rights were delivered via email. The establishment was open and operating at time of inspection. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1) Provide overhead protection, barriers, and fill all concrete cracks at the chile roasting area. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
