OC Re-Inspection. Met with the manager (Roger). Plan Review Program Supervisor (M. LaGrow) present during the re-inspection. Correct the following items: 1)Plumbing leak observed at 3-comp. sink. Elevate the drain lines. 2)Elevate the sprayer hose at the 3-comp. sink. 3)Reseal the rotisserie hood and clean. 4)Relocate the fly light. 5)Seal/paint exposed wood in a cabinets. 6)Remove the FRP under the vent hood. Provide stainless steel. 7)Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fitting on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
