Large container of macaroni and cheese in reach-in in cooler at back deli area had an internal temp of 87*F. Deli manager inquired with staff and the macaroni was made the previous day. Discussed proper cooling of cooked TCS food items in walk in cooler in shallow pans and the 6 hour timeframe. At time of inspection it was discarded voluntarily.
