OC Re-Inspection - E&D Class 2 This inspection was conducted with the manager on duty. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Vivian N. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval and re-inspection scheduled for 11/30/2021; 1. An alkalized water system has been installed on the three compartment sink. This system must be removed from the three compartment sink. It cannot be installed at the three compartment sink or dedicated hand sink. It can be installed in the bottle filler area. 2. Provide a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the dipper well drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink that it drains into. 3. Finish installing washable ceiling tiles in the ice machine area. 4. Finish installing the vinyl cove base in the ice cream area and RO system area where missing. 5. Paint the remaining areas of bare drywall in the ice machine room with a minimum of semi-gloss paint. Do not paint any more FRP. R.S. 775 was present for this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
