Enclosed components of equipment such as ice makers shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer or at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold. Please clean deflector plate and maintain clean. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager >>> No Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) at establishment during time of inspection. Per paragraphs 2-102.12(A) and 2-102.20(B) the Person in Charge shall be the Certified Food Protection Manager and per paragraph 2-101.11, a Person in Charge must be present during all hours of operation. Please obtain necessary certificate(s) and maintain at establishment prior to next routine inspection. 2nd consecutive violation. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
