OC Inspection - E&D Class 2 This inspection was conducted with an employee on duty. PDF copies of this inspection report were emailed to sweethiragroup@gmail.com and ekabutr@cox.net at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. The drain connection from the mop sink drain pipe to the floor is severely corroded. Repair this drain connection to be properly sealed, smooth and easily cleanable. 2. There is an old, unsealed and dripping condensate drain line sticking out of the walk-in freezer near the mop sink. Remove this old drain pipe from the wall of the walk-in freezer and seal the hole where it is located. 3. There is an opening to the outside on the south end of the ice cream counter. This opening is partially covered by loose metal, plastic and duct tape. Completely seal off this opening to the outside or provide a properly screened barrier. 4. Provide minimum 1 in-air-gaps between all drain lies and the flood rims of the floor sinks that they drain into. This includes the ice machine drain pipe, walk-in freezer drain pipe and the drain pipe for the dipper well nearest to the hand sink. 5. There is a flex drain line from the ice bin in the front counter that extends into the floor sink that it drains into. Provide a hard, PVC type drain pipe that empties into the floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap and ensure that this this drain pipe does not connect to any other plumbing. 6. Repair all peeling and damaged drywall behind, underneath and around the mop sink to be waterproof, smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. 7. Re-caulk and seal the seam between the front counters and the backsplash on the wall. This is especially needed in the hand sink area. 8. Repair the cracked and damaged floor tiles in the area from the walk-in freezer door to the dipper well nearest to the hand sink. 9. Repair the exhaust fan in the restroom to be fully functional. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
