OC Inspection - Bakery This inspection was conducted with the business owners. A PDF copy o this inspection report was emailed to Kaitlin K. at the time of this inspection. This establishment has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the issuance of this permit and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the permit fee to the Department’s Business Services Office. Per Chapter I, Regulation 4, of the Maricopa County Environmental Health Code, no person shall conduct an operation or an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so. Payment with a credit card can be made in person, via on-line at ESD.MARICOPA.GOV, US Mail, or phone at 602-506-6824 Option 2. Payment can always be made in person at any regional office. We accept cash, check, money order, credit/debit. It is the responsibility of the permit holder/owner to notify MCESD if there are contact/ billing address changes. All permit fees are nonrefundable. Correct the following items prior to re-inspection scheduled for 12/15/2021; 1. There is no hot water at the hand sink in the cook line area. This hand sink is not necessary and it can be removed or hot water must be added to this sink. 2. Provide a cap for the opening in the lid of the grease trap box. 3. Provide minimum 1 in. air-gaps between the ends of the drain pipes in the grease trap area and the flood rim of the floor sink that they drain into. 4. Finish the bare drywall and door frame to the room where them mop sink is located with a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish. Also, provide a self-closer for the door to this room. 5. Provide a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish to the bare particle board on the underside of the bar. 6. Provide strainers and grates for all floor sinks where missing. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
