Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the on site superintendent. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Brian S. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide a dedicated, NSF approved food prep sink with as indicated during the plan review process with a separate drain pipe that empties into a floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the drain pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink. 2. Provide an NSF approved 3 compartment sink in the kitchen as indicated during the plan review process. 3. Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 4. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the combi-oven. 5. Provide certified, RPZ backflow prevention devices for glass rinsers in the bar 5. All equipment and beverage machines connected to water supply lines must have adequate backflow. 6. Provide microswitch activated air-curtains for the garage doors that open to the outside in the bar area. 7. Provide a minimum of a semi-gloss paint finish to all bare wood on the undersides of countertops. 8. Provide a backsplash or waterproof material on the wall behind the beer taps in the bar. 9. Provide a dedicated water line at the mop sink for chemical dispensers. There can be no shutoff valves including chemical dispensers downstream from mop sink faucets. Mop sink faucets cannot be used to supply water to chemical dispensers. 10. Provide waterproof material such as FRP on the walls in the splash zone around the mop sink faucet and basin. 11. Provide a metal cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside portions of the walk-in units. 12. Provide a cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures in the kitchen, bar, mop sink room, laundry rooms and water heater room. 13. Provide covers for ice bins in the bar.
