Equipment Inspection - E&D Class 3 This inspection was conducted with the on site superintendent. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Brian S. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Address the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonator. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 2. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the combi-oven. 3. Provide certified, RPZ backflow prevention devices for glass rinsers in the bar 4. All equipment and beverage machines connected to water supply lines must have adequate backflow. 5. Provide microswitch activated air-curtains for the garage doors/windows that open to the outside in the bar area. 6. Provide a metal cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside portions of the walk-in units. 7. Provide hard pipe drain pipes that empty into floor sinks with minimum 1 in. air-gaps for the beer tap waste and for all equipment and sinks in the bar. 8. Provide a hard pipe end piece that empties into the floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap for the mechanical dishwasher as discussed. 9. All ice machines, ice bins and sinks in the bar area must have separate hard piped drain pipes that do not connect to any other drain pipes before draining indirectly into hub drains or floor sinks. 10. Provide covers for ice bins in the bar.

e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
