Upon inspection, operator walked back into the kitchen and did not return to the sushi station. Inspector was informed of a potential ownership change that may have taken place recently and was there for a routine inspection and to ask about ownership information. All food prepared under the current permit was taken out of the retail section at time of inspection. Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection. NCIR partially filled out; missing contact information.
