OC re-inspection, E&D class 3 10+ OC re-inspection was conducted with the chef and manager in charge. Most items noted in the last report had been addressed. A remodel permit will be created for the facility to address the leftover facility items that could not addressed at this time due to supply delay and time allow for repair. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1. Provide a spill resistant vacuum breaker 12 inches above the water connection point of the hose reel. Backflow preventer cannot be installed above grid, in a confined location and over 60 inches from the finished grade. 2. Repair/replace the leaking drainpipe under the 3-comp sink. Ensure there is minimum 1” air gap from the finished grade. 3. Provide uni-strut under the drainpipe from the steamer, slope to drain and use metal clamps to brace the pipe along the wall. Temporary support and ziptights are not acceptable. 4. Seal gaps the stainless-steel panel at the front food service area. 5. Repair/ replace the wall panels between the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. There is ice forming at on the floor on the walk-in cooler side. 6. Repair the floor inside the walk-in cooler. Concrete floor is at aggregated level. 7. Replace the collapsed pipe under the self-service drink and salad stations. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection rights sheet is emailed with the reports to the person in charge.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
