New permit re-inspection. Walk through with the new owner. Almost all items were corrected. Please continue with the items below. E-mail the test report to Johannes.Moesbergen@Maricopa.Gov or text to (602)526-6171 1). Provide new cleanout covers under food prep sink and at the mop sink. 2). Raise the dry storage shelve to 6 inches across from the walk-in entrance. 3). The Backflow valve for the soda system is leaking, please have the valve tested and re-certified. Provide test report. 4). Remount the one loose toilet in the ladies room, shim and caulk at the floor juncture. 5). Please close the gap under the side door with new or lowered door sweep. One person working in the restaurant will need to take and pass the certified food managers test. Please make sure that the company you go through is ANSI certified. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed in site for owner. Inspection rights included.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
